This month is all about HIKING: join in with the National Campaign POSTCARDS from the PEAKS walks!
Come and join me and Stu this Sunday, 6th July, at Black Down for the South Downs Hike ( you can also join in tomorrow Saturday, 5th July, in the New Forest)
☀️What is Postcards from the Peaks?
Postcards from the Peaks is the brainchild of Stu Skinner – he’s hiking all 15 national parks in the UK with a postbox on his back and wearing flipflops. His trip around the country is all part of an effort to combat loneliness. For those who can’t join him, Stu is encouraging them to make connections with others by either sending or requesting a postcard from the peaks.
☀️Pick a Hike – various hikes July, August and early September
☀️ I will be joining Stu this Sunday 6th July

☀️ Peak 6: Black Down, South Downs
☀️ Walk is 7.20miles, should take just over 3 hours – here is the route
☀️ Meet at The Red Lion Inn at 9.30 am – walk starts at 10 am
☀️ Bring a postcard/s
