Until last Summer you couldn’t have paid me to get on a boat, so overcame my fear by buying one! Now my brain is occupied by thinking about what I’m doing I’ve got control again. I still take travel sickness tablets though….

Why is the outdoors important to you?

I wanted to show my children I could overcome my fear and have fun with them.

Why do you want to be involved?

Mum to 3 girls under 14, parenting challenges galore! Trying to embrace perimenopausal body changes, weight gain and just had LLETZ procedure for cin3 cells and HPV. Want to show my girls I’m rocking it when feeling like shit on the inside.
