Dipping everyday in cold water through Feb for Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and Oct for SAS. I am an interepeter and wanted to give back to the Deaf community, everyday through feb was a struggle to be honest. We also need cleaner waters! Period! End of discussion, it disgusts me how awful our waters our and cold water is so beneficial for my mental health its the only place I can switch off.
