The national 3 peaks

I decided this would be the year that I would get over my fear of heights & improve my fitness to allow me to make it up three mountains for a children’s cancer charity (The Amelia Mae Foundation). We also brought our wedding forward to this September, so decided we wanted to become fit & healthy as a couple. Over the last two years both of our dogs passed away, they were our babies & it was truly heartbreaking.

Why is the outdoors important to you?

I work for Cancer Supprt UK providing emotional support & my job reminded me that life is just too short & we need to make the most of our time here. So this year I set myself the very high challenge of the three peaks, starting this January scared of heights, I have continued to train hard to get myself to the top (both mentally & physically)!

Why do you want to be involved?

The sea is my happy place! And it would be wonderful to share this experience with inspiring ladies that we can celebrate. The 3 peaks is truly the biggest challenge I have ever taken on, this photo shoot would push me out of my comfort zone & give me that final confidence boost that I need, helping me on my way to become the blushing bride at my beach wedding in September!
