Sun, Sea, Surf!

I spent 2 weeks in Portugal, learning to surf and embrace the Portuguese pace of life! I loved being in the water and progressing from little white waves to paddling “out back” to catch bigger, unbroken waves. Portugal has world class waves (just search for Nazaré) as well as relaxed beaches for beginners. Shoes totally optional!

Why is the outdoors important to you?

I have always loved spending time outdoors, learning new skills in new places around the world – it is where I feel happiest!

Why do you want to be involved?

I would love to spend the day connecting with the other winners and finding out about their journeys!
