From teaching to forest school

Why is the outdoors important to you?

During Covid I developed anxiety about many things but found comfort in the outdoors. I turned to teaching forest school and found my spark again. Now I’m a qualified forest school teaching taking on a forest therapy course and loving the outdoors. I’ve found a supportive bunch of outdoor people in Guildford mental health swims, love her wild and outdoor owls.

Why do you want to be involved?

To show teachers you can still love teaching through being outdoors. Children benefit so much more from being outside too!
