Life is an adventure, and I say YES to as much as possible. Since losing my mum 17 years ago, 5 days before my wedding, I have vowed to live every day in full colour, as if it’s the last. And in my 30’s and now I am 40 just be proud of who you are and live life, even if you’re not a skinny minny. And the water has been a huge part of this. I’ve learned to paddleboard, and I’ve joined a group of water women, I didn’t know any of them to start with. I am not a morning person but I get up early to see the sunrise and swim. I get excited about seaside saunas now! Every walk or outdoor event is an adventure. I have shared this zest for life in my parenthood adventure too.
